Please DO NOT park on grass, street or neighbor's driveway/lots! Failure to comply will result in $250 fine. Internet/Cable: There is no Cable Tv, however we do have high-speed internet throughout the house. The TV is set up with the most common streaming apps. No refunds shall be given for outages, lack of content or personal preference with regards to the Wi-Fi. IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: Children are always welcome! While our property is family-friendly, it's not entirely child-proof. Parents with small children need to supervise them at ALL TIMES and assume liability. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES! There are no baby gates around the pool. *** Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. If you are under 25, please contact the host directly. *** Locals booking with Us If you're a local or were a local, this information needs to be disclosed. We reserve the right to decline your reservation if you are local to our area. POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. This means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it. LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained weekly/bi-weekly. This means someone will be in the front yard/backyard for approximately 30 minutes while mowing the lawn. Scheduled days might vary due to weather and availability. Personal belongings that are left behind will be sent to the guest at their expense upon request. NOTES ABOUT SOUTH FLORIDA: *** Due to Florida warm tropical climate and despite monthly pest control treatments you may come across insects during your stay. The Royal House undergoes professional pest control treatments monthly, addressing pests typical of the local area and climate. Despite these precautions, it's possible to encounter small lizards or bugs indoors, as they may enter when doors are open. To minimize this, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. Please understand that we don't have any control over what exists outside of the rental unit *** - No refunds or discounts will be given for any bugs/pests that might be seen. *** Storms: No refunds will be given for tropical storms and hurricanes that are common in South Florida.
