Our beautiful airy and luxurious townhome is found in the charming Longfellow neighborhood in a nice and quiet complex. The townhome is comprised of four stories, three of which will be accessible to the tenant. The space Highlights on each floor: First floor: - coat closet and storage - shoe rack and bench - brand new Schwinn exercise bike - half bathroom - garage - large wine rack Second floor: - three-seater leather couch and chair - entertainment zone with 50” TV (Chromecast) and several board games - marble high top dining table - large kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances (gas stove) - large pantry Third floor - owner’s suite (not currently included in rental) Fourth floor - full bathroom with marble countertops - bedroom with queen bed (luxurious purple hybrid mattress) , closet and standing desk with office chair. - (optional - additional fee) nursery with crib, changing station, and pack’n play Guest access We live in the townhome some of the time but will be doing monthly rentals when we are away. As such, the renters will mostly have the entire place to themselves but with a few exceptions when we have to drop in for short periods of time.
