It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, galley kitchen, living room, desk workspace, outdoor covered patio, and street parking. It has mountain trail access out the door and a huge greenspace yard with vistas of Grandeur Peak and Mt Olympus. It is a craftsman design with an intuitive layout and modern furnishings. Access to 8 ski resorts within 1 hour. 15 min from SLC airport. The space The family lives on the top floor above the Mother in Law suite. The Secret Stash is a Blue Zone inspired by The Jordaan district of Amsterdam mixed with the Pearl district of Portland then walk out into a large fenced yard with the Wasatch range at your fingertips. If you appreciate craftsman design, artisan tastes, and slowing down time to live in the present then the Secret Stash just might be your place. Welcome. Guest access Guests have a private entrance to the property and a private door. Guests have the entire 1000 sq ft downstairs mother in law suite. Please note the family does live on the upstairs level of the home. The spaces are separate and secure for both guests and the family. Other things to note We do often get long term rental requests (4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks) for guests looking to ski in Utah all winter or often times for traveling nurses or academics on University contracts.
