This cozy second floor Island Condo has easy access (a short walk) to the Padre Beach. It has a private patio & is located close to the condo building’s private swimming pool & fishing dock. This is an efficiency Unit, with queen bed and futon bed in the living area, and a well equipped kitchen. Just bring your toothbrush & food. *Multi-month resv. subject to added $50 cleaning fee. The space This cozy second floor unit condo is 400 Sq feet in size with a private back balcony. Getting to the Condo requires climbing a short flight of stairs. It’s located near the swimming pool, fishing/boat dock, laundry room with coin/credit card operated washer/dryer. You'll have your own home-away-from-home. It's close to restaurants, the beach, and great fishing. Port Aransus and Corpus Christi are 20 to 30 minute away. Everything you need to be comfortable, including fully furnished kitchen, Smart Tv and wifi/internet. Just bring your toothbrush, food, and fishing pole. Guest access You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. A variety of restaurants and convenience foods are also close. Port A is just a 20 minute drive from the Condo and Corpus Christi is only 10 to 15. Other things to note This property does NOT allow PET & NO vaping or Smoking*. No Fish cleaning in condo. No Parties or Events. No Grilling is allowed within 10 feet of the building. *Mandatory $250 fee for smoking in the condo or patio/balcony area or having pets. Linen policy is that any missing or damaged bed sheets, pillows, or bathroom towels will be charged to guest. Face, hand, & bath towels are $3, $5 & $10. Please notify the host if any towels are damaged/missing. I keep the thermostat set between 74-80’ & ask that you increase the temp to 80’ when away for prolonged periods. Mailbox key- available upon request. $50 fee if not returned/ lost. Any stays of 28+ days, mandatory electricity charge over $75/mo (average is $60). STR Permit-#2023-305116.
