*There is a hospital Four (4) minutes away if you have to be near one for health reasons. This house is very close to Airport Fifteen (15) Minutes sometimes less. The location close to downtown Seattle Twenty (20) Minutes. Ferries Twenty (20) Minutes away. Parks twenty to thirty (20-30) minutes away depending on the park. The space This room is very big, very clean, and this Studio faces to the Sound... Amazing Puget Sound View. Very quiet. NO SMOKING, not even on the property. Guest access All secure Studio: Living room, Bathroom, kitchen. Out door yard face to ocean the bottom right side by the stairway is separate from the one bedroom unit on the Left side. Both Studio and One bedroom has its own separate Lawn furniture in front of each. Other things to note *There is a hospital Four (4) minutes away if you have to be near one for health reasons. We live above this studio and have a dog, this might have a tiny noise of us walking around or perhaps talking, this is said just in case you are super sensitive to any noise what so ever.
