Feel relaxed and carefree the moment you check-in to Towne Cottage: A boutique, furnished monthly rental in the historic North Main neighborhood where every necessity has been taken care of to create this peaceful, authentically Greenville retreat. Towne Cottage was newly designed and renovated in 2022. The home is only a 7 minute drive to Main Street's shops and restaurants and a 15-minute walk to the downtown trolley stop. The space Kitchen highlights: + Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, nonstick and nontoxic Green Pans, slow cooker, microwave, toaster, range of spices, and other convenient kitchen basics. Peaceful, sunlit breakfasts at the vintage dining table before starting the day are the highlight of this space. Office/gym highlights: + A 48" desk with plenty of backyard wildlife views makes working from home a treat. A computer monitor is ready to plug into your laptop with a neutral office background for conference calls. + Don't forget your sneakers for Peloton rides at your leisure! Feel free to bring any delta style cycling shoes to clip in or use the available toe cages with your own athletic shoes. A yoga mat, hand weights and other light gym equipment is available for your use at home or at one of the many yoga studios in town. Bedroom highlights: + Bedroom #1 is located in the front of the house off of the living room with neighborhood views. With an original built-in bookshelf, warm, wooden ceiling, and blackout velvet drapes, it's the coziest room in the house. A 3-drawer dresser is available for storage and a queen size combination memory foam + spring mattress with hotel quality sheets await you at the end of every day. + Bedroom #2 is located across from the kitchen with views of the backyard. It has a small, brand new, ensuite bathroom with plenty of shelving and baskets as well as a small closet with double hanging bars and shelving for storage. Two Restoration Hardware nightstands with deep draws are also available for plenty of clothing storage. Living room highlights: + Sink into the deep, comfortable sofa and enjoy relaxing design touches at the end of each day. There is no cable television, however streaming is available via an Amazon Firestick. Outdoor + neighborhood highlights: + A large, fenced backyard, deck with dining table for 6 and gas fire pit. The North Main neighborhood is a mix of charming, historic as well as newer homes with friendly neighbors and walkers/cyclists passing by throughout the day. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note Pet policy: + This home can accommodate 1 small to medium dog (under 30 lbs). Pets are not allowed on furniture. Reservation requests outside of these parameters will be considered on a case by case basis with additional pet fee. Check-In Access and Security + A smart lock keypad is used to enter the home and each guest will be provided a new access code prior to check-in. A ring doorbell is also located at the front door for security purposes. There is an unfinished basement with garage and the interior door to the basement is secured with a deadbolt. Parking: + Parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway (if parking one in front of the other). There is a parking pad and small garage behind the house but the gate to access is very narrow, so we do not recommended driving a car behind the house. Parking is also available on the street with no permit needed.
