The full kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, full size stove/oven, and a side-by-side fridge with ice/water dispenser. New in-suite washer and dryer. Full bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Two queen bedrooms (with new Casper mattresses), and a cozy living space with an electric fireplace. The guest suite stays nice and cool in the summer months, with adjustable heating to stay cozy for the winter months. Fully furnished with all the essentials, and linens/towels provided. Unlimited high-speed WiFi. Fenced backyard with patio, picnic table and BBQ. Families are more than welcome! One small dog may be allowed (1+ years old, <30lbs, vaccinated) if requested prior to booking. Must be house trained with no history of aggression. No events or parties are allowed on the property. You must be 25+ to book this property. A valid government issued ID (driver's license or passport) must be presented during check-in. Locked utility closet is located in unit and white noise can be heard from the fan when operating. A short-term lease is required that covers the duration of your stay due to Colorado tenancy laws on stays of 30+ days.
