The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a comfortable bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. You’ll be perfectly situated for fun and relaxation: Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios are about 25 minutes away by car, and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops just a short drive from the apartment. The space This beautiful property is a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a cozy Queen size bed, and both sofas in the living room are sofa beds. Guest access Guests can park anywhere in the community parking lot (first come, first served). Once inside the apartment, you’ll find a blue key fob that gives you access to all common areas: the pool, gym, and gated entrance (so you can enter without using a code). Please note: a $35 fee will be charged if the key fob is lost. Other things to note Please keep in mind this is a residential community where both owners and guests live. For this reason, parties, loud music, shouting, or any kind of disturbance are not allowed. We kindly ask that you respect neighbors at all times. In the event of excessive noise, disturbances, violence, or if the police are called to the property, I reserve the right to ask guests to leave the apartment immediately without refund, in accordance with Airbnb policies. Occasionally, the building association may need to perform maintenance or repairs in common areas (such as the pool, gym, elevators, or other facilities). During these times, certain amenities may be temporarily unavailable. Unfortunately, this is outside of my control, but I sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
