Welcome to our home centrally located between Downtown Orlando, UCF, Orlando Airport, and near to the parks. Our 2 bed 1.5 bath home with an additional sleeper sofa is a great vacation spot for your next visit to Central Florida. Beaches, Disney, the Amway Center, Dr. Phillips Center, UCF and so much more. Our home is a quiet place to rest your head at night or enjoy a relaxing beverage in our custom hot tub after a long day enjoying all Orlando has to offer. The space Please note, our Airbnb has video surveillance via the Ring device located on the front door as well as noise detection via a NoiseAware device to ensure guests are respectful of neighbors and following occupancy rules. No video is taken inside the home or in the backyard and NoiseAware does not monitor conversations, only alerts for high volume/continuous levels of noise. This beautiful property is part of a multi-family home. The 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom main portion of the home is completely private and only accessible by you and your guests. Our triplex style home also has a mother-in-law suite and studio apartment (not part of the Airbnb) that each have their own private entrances and have no access to the backyard, the hot tub, or any part of the house where you and your guests will be staying. The only caveat to that is that you share a laundry room, which you and the mother in law suite both have access to use but is secured from entry to private spaces by an interior locked door. Please note that this property allows smoking ONLY outside in the backyard. No smoking is allowed in the home. Room 1 (Master Bedroom) - Comfy King Bed and 40 inch smart TV making it the perfect room to relax and watch Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or Amazon Prime after a long day. The room also has plenty of space for clothing and storage with a large dresser and closet and two nightstands with lamps for reading. Room 2- Includes a full-size comfy bed complete with a 32 inch TV and ROKU that gives guests access to Netflix and Hulu. Room 2 also has a closet for clothing with a full-length mirror. Living room- You are greeted with a stunning open concept living/dining/kitchen area when you walk into the home. It includes a 60 inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus, a stylish sofa queen bed that sleeps two, and a dining room table where you and your friends and family can enjoy a nice breakfast or dinner together. The living room also has a half bathroom. Kitchen: Full kitchen equipped with everything you will need during your stay! Comes with cooking utensils, a coffee maker, silverware, plates, cups & wine glasses, your very own dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, and stovetop beneath a beautiful stainless steel range hood. Office/Flex Space: Leading to the bedrooms and outside is a flex room that has a small desk that can be used to set up a laptop as a workspace as well as a comfy accent chair which makes a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a book to read to start your morning. Bathrooms: The property comes with a half bath in the living room and a fully tiled and updated full bathroom located in the hallway to the bedrooms with a large stand-up shower with beautiful glass doors. Backyard: Gorgeous private backyard surrounded by trees and fencing, no backdoor neighbors and privacy fence makes this hot tub by design completely private. Backyard also has a grill, fire pit, picnic table, patio furniture, two sun chair loungers, and grassy areas for your children to play. The hot tub temperature can be adjusted to enjoy a steaming bath after a long day at the parks, or a refreshing dip during the sunny afternoons in Orlando. Driveway/Parking: The driveway is shared with neighbors and includes three off-street parking spaces for you and your guests. Laundry Room: You will also have access to a shared washer and dryer located inside the home! We also provide an iron and ironing board. To allow flexible check-in, guests will be provided a 4-digit combination code to the white front door on the day of arrival. The neighborhood is transitional but completely safe and neighbors are kind and keep to themselves. Whether you're in town for an adventure, a business encounter, or seeking a peaceful getaway, we are proud to provide a stylish and convenient setting for all of our guests. Other things to note Guests: Overnight occupancy of the Airbnb is limited to the number of guests you shared on your Airbnb reservation. You may have 2 visitors join you at the property who are not part of the reservation. There should never be more than 8 guests at the property at a time. Respecting our Home and our Rules: There is strictly no smoking inside the home, parties/gatherings or disruptive music at the house. A single offense will incur a $250 fine, plus any additional cost to repair. If more than one rule is broken or if a party/disruptive event occurs, the fine is $500 plus any additional costs involved if repairs are needed. Any guests in the house above the number of guests in your reservation plus two additional guests will result in a $50 fine for each additional guest. $1000 on top of other fees for police being called to the house. The primary guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older.
