Guest access You will have complete access trough the front of the property that will take you up to the second floor living space and Queen bedroom. The top floor has the king bedroom with bathroom ensuite. Please note there is a 1 bedroom apartment with a separate entrance on the first floor to this townhouse. Other things to note Parking is in the rear of the property and is labeled with a sign on where to park. Parking includes 1 car. You can sometimes, for smaller cars, squeeze 2 in there. There is a 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor whose entrance is at the back of the property. This is not part of the rental unit. Please note there is a separate 1-bedroom apartment, with a separate entrance on the first floor of this townhouse. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We DO NOT allow cooking with strong aromatic foods, such as curry or fish fry, as our guest turnover doesn't allow time to properly remove the smell. We do not have a designated area for this type of cooking on-premises. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250 or more. 🚨Important to Note:  Before you arrive, you’ll be contacted by our third-party provider, Truvi, to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver 🛡️. This step is meant to give you an extra layer of protection against any property damage during your stay.
