With peak ocean views as well as the first sunrise in the nation from our location across from Todd's Head, the mini-mansion offers a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, outdoor 3 person hot tub, washer dryer, yard and ocean breezes. Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. We welcome your pets and your children :) The space The home is sunny and comfortable. We offer books, games, internet based tv, WIFI and a futon in the front room for napping in the ocean air. There is a propane fireplace for those chilly yet romantic nights. A slider off the bedroom provides direct access to a private backyard for your pets (and children) to play. The side yard offers a paved area for grilling and enjoying more peak ocean views. We also have Corn Hole for your enjoyment. OH! and as all mini mansions require, a high end washer and dryer to wash your clothes after your amazing outdoor adventures! The bay is located across the street, an aerial photo is included to show distance. All downtown Eastport offerings are in walking distance, the grocery store/ bank is a 3 minute drive away (20 min walk). Guest access Did you know although Eastport is an island you can drive to it (and it is a gorgeous drive especially at sunset)!!! You will have private access to the entire home. There is parking in the driveway in front of the home and a fenced in side area for sitting outside and relaxing while bbqing on the provided propane Weber Grill. You are walking distance to some of the nations best sea glass coves, and the many activities Eastport has to offer such as the annual Pirate Festival! Other things to note The futon can serve for extra sleeping space, we also supply air mattresses if preferred.
