Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with an enclosed sunroom for additional sitting and dedicated workspace or enjoy the enclosed lanai for morning coffee or evening drinks! Private garage parking with additional golf cart parking. **Golf cart available at guest's own risk- Should you decide to use the golf cart while you are guest(s) in our home and it stops running, please know you are responsible for getting the golf cart home at your expense. We do our part keeping the golf cart serviced and running well, however, things do happen! ☺ **If any issues arise during your visit that you feel need attention, we will do our best to help you and make your stay more comfortable. If it is something that is out of our control or something minor, this request may not be taken care of. Example, if the Refrigerator filter light comes on, this will be taken care of after you check out! This is on a need-by-need basis and each request is different! **Please read "Other details to note" for more information about Guest Passes and Resident ID's Guest access Entire Home Other things to note As a guest(s) in our home, you have the option to be given a Guest pass at no cost to you or purchase a Resident ID pass at $50 (for a total of 2 passes) The Guest pass gives you access to enter Recreational Centers and pools throughout The Villages and the Resident ID pass allows you full access as well as being able to book tee times at any of the golf courses. All golf courses offer golf club rentals. If you are NOT planning on golfing while you are here, the GUEST pass will work for you. If you are planning on golfing, I would suggest paying the $50, this gets paid directly to The Villages when you pick up your passes. I WILL NEED INFORMATION FROM YOU 3-5 DAYS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE SO YOUR PASSES WILL BE READY FOR PICK UP!! What’s unique about our area, everything is golf cart accessible, from going out to eat, shopping, visiting the squares or going to the movies. Nightly live entertainment on the squares is free. If you are interested in either Guest Pass(s) or Resident ID you can let us know 5-7 days before your arrival, we will need to collect more information from you that is required by The Villages.
