The space There are 2 buildings, each with 4 condos with a amazing swimming pool and courtyard in between. There is a shared laundry room with washer and dryer on the ground floor. The Condo is on the second floor and has a small outside patio over looking the pool area as well as a small front patio by the front door. There is a large patio area on the ground level. Guest access There are two great local beaches. Both are 10 minutes away. The closest one is Lido Key Beach. Fantastic white sandy beach and clear, calm water with a couple of great spots to grab a cocktail and food. Plenty of free parking, lifeguards and a public pool! Thats right! Great snack bar there too! The other great beach is the world famous Siesta Key Beach! The worlds finest white sand made from 99% quartz! It is estimated that the sand on siesta key beach is millions of years old starting its journey in the Appalachian Mountains and flowing down from the rivers until it was eventually deposited on the shores of Siesta Key. Even on the hottest days the sand is so reflective that it feels cool under foot, it never gets hot as it has different chemical properties to regulate sand. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The powdery white sand, gentle breezes and the smell of the crystal clear water and make it paradise. At sunset there is a drum circle, you can participate or just watch the drummers and dancers, and have a great time! Other things to note Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $150 per pet. We appreciate you vacuuming any pets hairs prior to departure. Please pick up all pet waste and dispose of it into trash cans in the alley. One week minimum rental property.
