Amber Acres - a countryside escape

Enjoy a private guesthouse getaway on our peaceful 50 acre farm in Clatskanie, OR. Nearby activities include hunting, fishing, waterfall hikes, kayaking and boating. Only 1 hour from Portland, it’s a great way to unwind for the weekend. 40 minutes from Astoria and about an hour from the coast. 1 king bed with attached bath. 1 queen bed. 1 twin bed. Dog-friendly, with $125 deposit. Level 2 Tesla EV charger installed on side of house by driveway. Must be 25+ to rent. 2 night minimum. The space The home is a double wide manufactured home that has been renovated in 2021 both inside and outside. Although the home is rural and has a septic system, it does have city water. Guest access Property is in the countryside. There is a short distance (0.5 miles) of gravel dike road you'll drive to the house. Driveway and parking area is also gravel. Neighbors are spaced out so you'll have lots of privacy at the rental house. Other things to note Please contact the Owners if interested in goose hunting the property while staying. We can make those arrangements with licensed hunters.
