A unique bedroom / breakfast space opens onto a walk out deck, while the interior is connected to a cozy living room space complete with fireplace and 'modern eclectica' style kitchenette, newly remodeled in 2022. Located in a quiet neighborhood next to a wooded area, expect to hear the sounds of nature (birds and crickets, especially in summer), and don't be surprised to see a deer wandering around out back. Scenic Riverview Park is just. 5 minutes by car or about a 17 minute walk, and the River Road (and the Eagles!) await your viewing pleasure. Guest access You'll have access to the entire guesthouse. The connecting door to the front house is for staff use only unless both units are booked. Other things to note Stays of 14+ days require an extra cleaning each 14 days.
