Refresh your Spirit in our Family run Guesthouse. An immaculate private retreat. Ideal setting with nearby dining, coffee, market & popular Trail heads; Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte & Cathedral Rock. Delightful 2 bedroom with King size beds for ultimate comfort. Unwind in the Hot Tub. Lounge on the dining patio & kick back under the stars for spectacular dark sky gazing. A magical Sedona stay! The space The Guesthouse is attached to our main home with a separate and private entrance. Co-host, Cindy lives in the main house part time. Indoor space: Two King bedrooms with full size closet space. 1 bathroom with a full size shower and washer and dryer. Open living space with a living and dining area that features a mounted TV. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, Ninja toaster oven/air fryer, hot plate, Keurig coffee maker and hot water kettle. Private outdoor space: Hot tub. BBQ grill. Dining and lounging area. Guest access The guesthouse is separate from the main house with a private entrance and access to the dining patio and hot tub area. Other things to note Check in is 3 p.m. Check out is 10 a.m. Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request. The main house is occupied part-time. Both bedrooms have a step down into the room. Sorry, no pets. No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Mountain Bikes are allowed inside the house. Local Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings. Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out. Thank you for respecting our home. HOT TUB POLICIES: * Use at your own risk! * leave floating chlorine dispenser in hot tub at all times. * Respect the quiet hours of 10p.m. - 7a.m. * No food or beverages in the hot tub. * Follow all posted precautions. * Do not leave children unsupervised at any time. * Please do not use glassware or breakables at the hot tub. * A fee will be assessed to drain and refill the hot tub due to glass breakage, or excessively dirty water in the hot tub. * After use, please shut off both jets 1 and 2, put hot tub cover back on and secure in place.
