Welcome To The Jungle

Our place is 1 block from the beach w/ very easy parking & just off Hwy 1. It’s a huge house but not a lot of it gets used, so I am starting to portion it off & rent out bedrooms that can be used more. This bedroom is simple-downstairs, away from the main house. Full size bed w/ tempurpedic mattress & twin bunk beds (not tempurpedic). Shared bathroom in between the two bedrooms downstairs. Not much to it, but Cayucos-affordable while traveling Hwy 1! Please book w/ correct guest #. No pets. The space It’s just a simple bedroom inside of our main house with a place to sleep, shower and drink some coffee. You will have to enter through the main entrance and then you go downstairs to your area. NO access to the upstairs or the kitchen but you will have a coffee maker, hot water carafe, mini fridge, disposable kitchen supplies and utensils, and a small microwave in the shared hallway. The full bed is very comfortable. The twin beds are mediocre-I’d suggest more for kids/teens. But the bottom bunk is better quality than the top bunk. There is also a floor twin mattress if you need a spot for a 5th person. I don’t recommend booking for 5 people as the floor mattress is not very comfortable and it will be a tight fit, but it’s doable. Please book for the correct # of guests. I have the price listed for 2 guests. If you have more than 2 guests, please make sure to input that information correctly. The carpets are not pretty as we lived here with our young kids once upon a time, but I shampoo them frequently, so know they are at least clean. Some of the kids decor is still on the walls but I am constantly making improvements to the room to make it more travel friendly. The bottom floor is a studio that I rent out, which is separate and these guests have no access to the main house. This is the second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The 3rd floor is the main house, where either we will be or will have rented out. The other areas are dog friendly but this room is NOT dog friendly, as it would just be too much to handle. This is my first time renting out multiple rooms so bear with me and be respectful: try not to be too loud, keep bathroom time to a minimum, etc. Advice and helpful comments are welcome. :) If you are family, please check out my other listing “bedroom with own entrance” and rent both of them together! Then you will have your own entrance and basically entire floor of the house. Guest access Parking is super easy here. You will get one parking spot but street parking is easy as well. We love to bike around here. Bring your bikes and explore or check out The Cayucos Experience to rent bicycles locally. Other things to note Other guests in this house may have dogs but I don’t allow this room to bring animals to keep it safe.
