Some property highlights include but are not limited to: -smart door lock -FULL kitchen -Casper king bed -Master bedroom has TWO closets -central ac and heat that was replaced in 2022 (it is a BEAST) - Roku tvs (tv locations include family room, master bedroom, kids room and guest bedroom) in ALL bedrooms -fast wifi -dishwasher -free washer/dryer -kids toys galore, ping pong and air hockey -Tons of natural light, dimmers in the family room -TONS of beach essentials, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and even beach toys -quiet area but nightlife, restaurants and shops are 1.6 miles away Guest access When you arrive on the property, your house will be directly in front of where you park. The beach is across the street. You can take a short walk to the right and that beach access has public bathrooms and showers. Other things to note All of our guests are allowed one car. If you have two cars, you will have to park back to back as beach parking is limited. If you do not have a car, the Cocoa Beach trolley is super inexpensive and picks up across the street.
