Welcome to your new favorite beach house. The Beachhouse is a 0.2 mile walk to beautiful South Kingstown Town Beach, the Vanilla Bean, Matunuck Pizza and Matunuck Village! Beach pass for cars provided (2) and walkers enter for free. The space Two 2nd floor bedrooms - both with queen mattresses. Full bath and tub on 2nd floor. First floor has two bedrooms - one with a queen and one with a full bed. Full bath with double wide shower - perfect for older adults who might need a wider shower to accomodate walker/wheelchair. Basement room (also known as the teen/tween cave!), has a bunk bed with full beds and an additional twin bed. TV in sitting area with couch and desk. Basement bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry in basement. Beach chairs and umbrella in basement. Outdoor private hot/cold shower. Guest access Guests are provided with security code which is changed with each new guest. Off street safe and secure parking. Other things to note Dogs are welcome if well behaved and fully house trained. An additional deposit for the cleaning team is requested. Linens provided by professional laundry service to insure cleanliness and include fresh pillows, sheets, bedspread, bath towel, hand towel, face cloth, and beach towel per guest.
