The studio entrance is located in the fenced backyard of the main house. Enjoy the deck and enjoy Boise! *We want to be transparent. The rental is one room that is very small. There is no kitchen. The owners live in the main house. The backyard is a shared space with the owners. The space The Studio Guesthouse is one room and bathroom. The bed is new and is queen-size. The studio includes two chairs, a small table, a tv, bathroom, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, and teapot. Guest access The entry door has a code entry dead bolt lock. Owner will provide code a few days before guest arrival. Other things to note The Studio Guest House is approximately 200 square feet. There is street parking in front of the unit.
