The space offers a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV as well as a cozy game room with a vintage record player, Bumper Pool Table, games and more! Enjoy our eat in kitchen or convert the game room to a dining room for a family meal! Our kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee and tea, as well as all the kitchen cooking essentials you would need for a relaxing night in. Head upstairs where you'll find a beautiful bathroom equipped with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a hair dryer and curling irons available for your convenience. Walk down the hallway where you'll find three stylishly decorated bedrooms (one with a California king bed, two rooms with full size beds). Enjoy the office space in the loft on the 4th floor where you can comfortably work from home or enjoy some peace and quiet! There's a big bean bag up there, also. This city getaway offers everything you need to make your visit relaxing and enjoyable! Guest access The whole house is available for you to enjoy except for the unfinished basement. If you are staying a week or longer, the basement will be made available for your laundry needs. Other things to note Our rowhouse was built in 1875 so it has immense character and charm.
