The Carolina Club by Spinnaker is located within the tranquil community of Shipyard Plantation, amid blooming azaleas and magnolias and backing the Galleon Golf course. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space Enjoy a large extended family vacation on HHI at Spinnaker’s Carolina Club Resort. This rental is for 2 individual units right next to each other (one unit on the 1st floor and the second unit on the 2nd floor directly overtop). If you have never taken family or group vacations before spread across different units during the same week you should try it! It's a great way to vacation with large groups, but at the same time providing everyone some measure of privacy they may want or need at the end of the day. Vacationing this way gives you multiple Kitchen areas, multiple Living Room areas, multiple outdoor spaces, and separate and private bedrooms and bathrooms. This listing includes... - 2BR/2BA unit at approx. 1,200+ sq ft combined - 2BR/2BA unit at approx. 1,200+ sq ft combined This provides ample space for your entire family or group. Each unit is rated to sleep six (6) persons, so this gives you a total sleeping capacity for your group of twelve (12) persons. 2BR/2BA Configuration: Full Kitchen with Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, etc. Sit up bar / 3 stools, Dining Table / 6 chairs, Living Room area with Loveseat and Queen Sleeper sofa, and outdoor Deck with table and chairs. Master bedroom with King bed, and 2nd bedroom with two Twin beds. There is a Washer / Dryer inside each unit Guest access Your townhouse unit will be private, but since this is a large Resort property, Amenities are shared with other guests (Pools, Gyms, Playground, etc). Other things to note - Carolina Club is professionally managed and operated by Spinnaker Resorts. The S.R. Hotel Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay. - 4pm Check In for this property is at the Spinnaker Resorts S.R Hotel Front Desk, which is staffed 24/7. They will give you room keys and information packets for the week. S.R Hotel Front Desk Address: 35 Deallyon Ave, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 - Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room. - Two FREE parking passes are included with each unit (4 Parking passes total). If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee. - Two FREE Bikes are provided with each unit (4 Bikes total). The keys for the bike locks are inside the laundry room located in your unit. - Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket. - If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed. - Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. However, if you or your family owns and likes larger beach towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other beach blankets / chairs / umbrellas / equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, equipment, etc you can rent the equipment on HHI. - There is no daily housekeeping provided. However there is a Washer / Dryer conveniently located inside your unit for your personal use. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk. - This unit is just a short "park setting" ride from the beach, within the prestigious Shipyard Plantation. Or stroll or bike to the beach on a dedicated nature path less than 1 mile. Golf fairways surround these large well appointed vacation townhome villas. - Golf Privileges at Golden Bear Course (Indigo Run) - Guests have access to the Spinnaker "sister" properties pools and amenities (Cottages, Carolina Club, Waterside) - Usage of the Fitness Center / Indoor Pool at SR Hotel available. Only $20 additional per unit for the entire week (this covers your entire groups staying in your unit so it offers a very good value). This $20 fee is payable directly to Spinnaker Resorts at Check In. Fitness Center / Indoor Pool facilities open at 6am from Mon to Fri, and includes showers / changing room. - You will see wildlife native to South Carolina, including occasional glimpses of alligators that may be lounging in the lagoon areas. So please DO NOT attempt to swim in the lagoons.
