Come enjoy a stay at this stylish historic Adobe in the heart of downtown Tucson. The location is so advantageous to all of what Tucson’s downtown area has to offer: coffee shops, breakfast joints, restaurants, bars, music venues, art, etc. The unit is one half of a duplex which was built sometime around 1905. The original shotgun apartment has been beautifully revitalized to show off its colonial charm with acacia wood floors, stained glass art and Tiffany lamps throughout. The space The kitchen is fully stocked and has both a breakfast nook and a stackable washer/dryer combo. The main bedroom is both luxurious and inviting, while the living room blends the old with the new showcasing some beautiful but functional antique pieces. The second bedroom doubles as a study with a dedicated workspace that converts into a murphy bed when needed. Guest access The duplex is right in the heart of Downtown Tucson so you can walk to coffee shops, markets, restaurants and bars. There is a permitted parking spot reserved for the Airbnb right in front on the street and a parking pass is provided with your stay. If you have a second vehicle it can be parked in any of the permit free spots right next door. Other things to note Historic buildings do come with their own quirks. For example, although the floor throughout the space was completely replaced you will still notice it isn’t level in some areas. Also, the only access to the bathroom is off of the study with the murphy bed.
