The 1st floor has a private room w/ queen bed and large walk-in shower. The 2nd floor includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom (as if 3 full baths weren't enough already), and a patio overlooking the backyard and natural area. The 3rd floor, with its beautiful views, has a master room w/ king bed, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. Additionally, there is a 3rd bedroom with a twin trundle bed and the bathroom has a tub. Guest access When you arrive at the property you'll have a choice of parking in the single-car driveway, or use the private one-car garage (will not fit large trucks). There is also additional parking on the street in front of the property. Access is granted via a smart lock that can be controlled thru an app or by entering your unique passcode. Other things to note Being a 3-story duplex with a balcony, be mindful of the stairs and railings. Be sure to use the handrails at all times and avoid leaning on balcony rails.
