Direct access to snowmobile/atv trail system. 50 minutes from Bangor, 50 minutes from Greenville. 90ish minutes from Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. Sebec Lake is just minutes away. This is a unique get a way for those that want to explore or sit by the campfire and relax. Directly on ITS 85. The space The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and other expected items for the kitchen. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Kitchen table with leaves to sit 6. Living area has a couch with dual recliner ends and a comfortable sitting chair with large tv with direct tv service. The bedroom has a queen bed with single dresser and small closet. The loft area has 4 single beds with 42 inch railing over looking the kitchen/living area. All sheets, pillowcases, pillows, towels, wash clothes, hand towels and dish towels are provided. The building is heated with a propane boiler delivering radiant heat and on demand hot water. A dozen coat hooks attached to the walls for drying your riding gear and helmets. Outside you will find a gas grill, fire ring and an area for rinsing your atv’s and sxs’s. Upon request a pressure washer can be provided. We have a wide private trail with direct access to the ITS trail system. You are able to grab groceries, gas, pharmacy needs or banking by car or atv within 1-2 miles from the cabin. Yes grocery shopping, gas, banking and restaurants all are in very close proximity.
