Welcome to @DreamBohoDenver -- my "boho" themed Guest Suite! This private 2-bedroom basement suite is the perfect place to stay with family, friends, loved ones and/or co-workers. It's equipped with a coffee station & kitchenette, work-from-home office space, peacefully designed beds and bath, and a living space to relax and watch movies together. The home is less than 1 mile from the main i25 freeway and minutes from Downtown, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, Larimer Square & RiNo District. The Suite is the basement level of a home and it is setup like a 2-bedroom apartment that can fit 4 comfortably. Wake up in your relaxing Suite and get your day started with fresh coffee or tea before adventuring Denver. After your day... come home, cozy up, and login to your streaming account and put on a movie of any kind on the 4K Smart TV in the living room. The suite has 1 Master bedroom with king-sized bed and Roku Smart HDTV, 1 Guest bedroom with queen-sized bed and office-space, bathroom with a marble shower, blow-dryer, curling iron, straightener and steamer, relaxing living room, and finally a kitchenette space with all dinnerware and dining table to enjoy meals with family or friends! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to shoot me a message. :) Guest access Guests have access to the entire basement guest suite and 2 designated parking spots. Guests do NOT have access to the backyard. Other things to note There are very friendly and respectful guests on the top level of the home so please be aware and patient of any movement upstairs. The top-level guests may be seen in the laundry room or entering and leaving the property and on the side yard so please don't be alarmed of this whatsoever. Don't be afraid to say hello if you happen to cross paths! :) Similar to the vast majority of homes in Denver, the thermostat is located on the top level of the home and is unaccessible from the bottom level. Because of this, it may get chilly in the Guest Suite so I've provided a ton of extra blankets, space-heaters, and electric heated-blankets for all guests. With the suite being in Denver, there could potentially be snow and snow storms when you're staying during the cold months. I've provided a snow shovel located on the entrance gate which should be mounted to the wooden gate. If snowy, I'd recommend that you shovel out any snow before backing out of the driveway and before you pull into the driveway. I'd also highly recommend to shovel out a walkway path to the side yard door to make getting into the property as safe, efficient, and as dry as possible.
