SMOKE FREE property - this includes decks and patios - clean intake vents are located directly on each unit . 3.Propane tank for BBQ can be taken to Canadian Tire for refills at 40-60$ CAN 4. Proof of Identification is required of ALL guests after booking , and will be confirmed at check in with Concierge to gain access to Unit . 5. Vehicle registration- make , model , license plate required for parking . 6. Please note we can NOT accept felines this is our permanent home and we do live here when it’s not being rented . We have someone in our family who has an anaphylactic allergy to felines . 7. Dogs must be pre approved before booking they must have all up to date vaccinations as per bylaws . A pet fee may be charged after booking our cleaners determine and set the extra clean fee if required. Registration number Exempt
