Walk to Siesta Key- Heated Pool

*please reach out if you want to stay less than the required minimum, depending on the season, we can be flexible. Lovely 2 bedroom condo less than a mile from spectacular Crescent Beach access #12. Siesta Key Village with great restaurants and shops is a short drive away. Dining space accommodates 4 adults, sliding doors lead out to the front and back patio. The living room is decorated with a large corner sofa, ceiling fan, and 65" Smart TV. Enjoy the community heated pool! The space The master bedroom features 1 king size bed, dresser, 55 inch TV with Amazon Prime, HBO Max and Netflix. The master bedroom also features 2 large closets, access to the bathroom and a deck with 2 chairs overlooking the pool. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, twin bunk bed, desk, 50 inch tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The full bathroom is located upstair and has 2 different access doors, one from the master and one from the hallway by the guest room. A 1/2 bath is located downstairs off the living room and kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the heated community pool right out the back sliding doors. There are 2 marked parking spot available. The condo has a large bike rack if you decide to rent bikes during your stay. We have a large chest out front with a variety of beach chairs, coolers, 2 umbrellas and 1 beach wagon. There is a free shuttle (just tip $) called the Frog Hop that will pick you up across the street at the Hibiscus Hotel and bring you anywhere on the key. Other things to note All tenants must fill out the HOA application, which includes a background check. The first two adults are included in your booking, it's $40 per adult after the first two and children under 18 are free.
