Welcome to our amazing Loft in Brooklyn, NY. A true gem! We are located in an ideal section of BK at the intersection of Ft. Greene, Prospect Heights & Clinton Hill. 10min walk from Barclays Center. 1 block from the subway. It is a HUGE 2200 sq ft 3 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom (full) modern loft apartment. The common areas are open, sunny, and tastefully furnished and decorated with beautiful plants & art. Each bedroom has its own large, attached bathroom w/ full bathtubs. Read more & hope hope i The space Hi, We are Adeline & Sinclair. We welcome you to consider renting our truly amazing Brooklyn Loft for your stay in Brooklyn, NY. A quick note that this is our family home, and has not been available on Airbnb for over 5 years. However we are making the home available for a limited period while we travel. This will be a fully private (not shared) rental. It is a HUGE, Modern 2200 square foot 3BR and 2 Bathroom (full) modern loft apartment. Photos do not do justice to the size. Two of the bedrooms have their own attached & large bathroom with full bathtubs. The 3rd bedroom is our 2-year-old little girl’s beautifully decorated bedroom, which makes this listing ideal for families. *It is a 4th Floor Walk-Up that is not handicap accessible. But the stairways are wide and bright in an industrial style. LIVING SPACE: The common area consists of a plant & light filled filled open floor plan living room/dining room/kitchen with 7 large windows and a Baby Grand Piano. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a L shared sectional sofa that seats 6 - 7 (and additional seating), a swivel mounted 48 inch HD TV, a solid, Sonos connected sound system, Apple TV, a Technic Turntable for record playback (records available) a DVD/CD player (CDs and DVDs available). KITCHEN: The kitchen area features a 4'x8' island, modern appliances, all the cooking gear you will need (including rice cookers, crockpots, Vitamix, Nutribullet, Coffee Grinder & French Press and more). DINING AREA: The Dining Room area has a 10' long table for group dining or use for remote work, etc, situated over a beautiful Art Deco rug. MASTER BEDROOM: Bathed in natural light and plants, with bleached & whitewashed wood floors. Our Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, beautiful plants, 2 closets, A/C, a SONOS ONE Speaker and a private, attached full bathroom. With Southern and Eastern Exposure, it is full of light on demand. Or adjust the blinds as you wish. It truly is a little zen oasis. MASTER BATHROOM: Large bathroom with shower and full tub. Never used soap, towel and washcloths/scrubbies will be available for you. BEDROOM 2: Typically utilized as Adeline's music studio or our guest room for visiting friends/familiy. This is another LARGE bedroom with an LARGE attached bathroom. There is an adjustable TWIN - KING SIZED bed, Desk with iMac Desktop (for watching movies, etc), studio monitor speakers, A/C, coffee Table, and a secondary standing desk. There is a double closet in the room as well. BATHROOM 2: Attached to Bedroom 2, this bathroom is actually larger than the master bathroom. It is also the common bathroom with a second entrance/exit to the common living area. We are a 4th floor walk up. The stairways are wide and well lit with large landings (only one turn) as this is a converted industrial building. So unfortunately we are not handicap accessible. If you have children, and would prefer a room with a bunk bed capability, we can exchange our sons room for Bedroom 2 in the listing (we are using one room to store our belongings).
