3BR Large Heritage House - Close to all!

The house is large, has all the amenities, and is decorated with art from my travels. Large bedroom, private bathroom + half bath, parking on premises, backyard and patio. Airport rides provided for a fee. This is my home, not a permanent rental and you'll feel it immediately. I love to share it. Built in 1907, this is a registered Heritage House in Oakland. The house is @ the crossroads of Oakland, Berkeley & Emeryville. Close to everything! The space Our Heritage House was fully renovated in 2015 with an open floor plan and is very spacious and modern. The bedrooms are big with a super comfy beds (everyone says so!). The King bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. There is also a half bath for your use! The kitchen is chef-ready. The kitchen is well-appointed- you’ll find everything you need to create beautiful meals. The house is immaculate with many high-end touches. The backyard garden is large and lovely with plenty of seating, a table and chairs for dining and a Weber grill. There is also a deck right of the living room with a cafe table and chairs. You will be very close to Temescal with all it’s delicious restaurants and cute shops - including Esquelito, Crimson Hort, Ali Golden (sharp women’s clothing) Standard & Strange (sharp men’s clothing), Rose’s Taproom, Burma Superstar, Pizzaiolo, Hawking Bird and Curbside Creamery. The area is funky, diverse and safe. We just got a Whole Foods. There are two Berkeley students who live in a separate downstairs apartment. They are very quiet. I’ll be 5 minutes away if you need me for any reason! Guest access I will send you access information on the day of your arrival - the Schlage door lock and Simplisafe alarm code. You can park in my driveway (careful not to hit the garage). If you have additional cars, street parking is free.
