The space PRIVATE BEDROOM: The place offers a cozy private bedroom in the BASEMENT with a queen-sized bed and essential furnishings (desk, swivel chair, closet, nightstand, lamp, mirror, warm duvet, pillows, blanket, laundry basket, two bath towels, and a spare fitted sheet). It is easy to check yourself in with our lockbox right outside the home’s front balcony. You will be provided with the passcode after booking confirmation. Access to your room is through a separate entrance with a key and your room key. COMMON SPACES: You will have access to the shared kitchen, separate dining/eating area, laundry room and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee makers (drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine), an air fryer, 1 small oven, 1 microwave, 1 kettle, 1 toaster, 2 rice cookers, various cookware and kitchen utensils as well as basic condiments for your convenience to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
