Note: Gym & hot tub are not in service due to renovations for the summer months for 2025. The outdoor pool and BBQ is available for use. After 12pm, you'll need to book the couches/patio sets. The expectation of the Gyms and Hot tubs are scheduled to open end of May 2026 This corner suite is large and full of natural light. Perfect for the solo explorer, business traveller, couple or family that wants a great Toronto getaway! Guest access The entire suite is yours to enjoy! There are no shared accommodations here. Laundry is right in the suite. Other things to note Hosting gatherings or events is not permitted. We kindly request that you treat the home with the same consideration and care as you would your own, ensuring the unit is returned in its original condition, excluding general housekeeping. Please be mindful of the neighbours by refraining from excessive noise after 11PM. Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is strictly prohibited within the suite. Checkout time is at 11 am. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please note: It is expensive to replace the parking transponder (garage opener). Failure to return it will result in a $200 replacement fee for the key, fob, and garage opener. Please keep track of it. For travellers arriving at Toronto Pearson International Airport, I highly recommend utilizing the UP Express train for your journey into the city. It is a 25 min ride to Union Station and there is free wifi on board. From Union Station, my building is just a short cab or Uber ride away. It’s super convenient and you’ll avoid highway traffic! The suite does not accommodate packages, mail, or deliveries for short-term rental guests. For mail or packages, kindly utilize the nearest Canada Post office or Penguin Pickup location. Regarding food delivery, please arrange to meet the person in the lobby, as they cannot be buzzed into the building or up to the unit.
