COFFEE- grounds and k-cups provided. Brew 1 cup or a whole pot! Master bedroom One king bed, closet with organizer/shelving, en-suite bathroom with small walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom (queen room) One queen bed with closet. Mini crib or pack and play. 3rd bedroom (bunk room) One full bed, 2 twin bunks, and closet Living room -corduroy bean bag that open into a queen mattress. Towels (pool and bath), linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer all provided. Washer and dryer located in the unfinished basement. First aid kit and fire extinguishers Gas grill Mini-crib, pack and play, high chair seat, and wagon, on-site. Other baby supplies provided upon request! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. The tree-lines street is lovely for family walks. Quiet neighborhood with mostly permanent residents in brick homes. Other things to note NO CHECK-OUT CHORE LIST!! Enjoy your stay and leave the rest to us. We appreciate when guests leave the home fairly clean, so we have time to get ready for the next guests, but it’s not required. You’re not going to be asked to do laundry or strip beds.
