Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and unobstructed view of the dunes from the covered porch. *The house is a duplex. You are renting the downstairs portion with 3beds, 3baths. No access to the other unit from within.* The space *Rental is bottom-floor only with a private entrance and front of house parking.* THE HOUSE IS A DUPLEX. You are only renting the bottom half unless you make two separate reservations. Entire home can be rented - it is a separate listing - search Latitude Adjustment: Topside, for availability. Guest access Enter through left set of double doors at front of house. Parking for Below Deck is out front (driveway at right of home is for upstairs guests. Use keypad for entry. Code will be shared day of arrival. Other things to note Showers are small. If additional space is needed, consider using the outdoor shower. It's freeing! This is a top/bottom duplex. You WILL be able to hear guests walking around above you. If it could potentially be an issue, please book elsewhere. We would prefer you not to book with us than to stay here and be miserable.
