This is a timeshare resort. I use my timeshare points to book rooms to rent out to help pay my maintenance fees. You check in with a guest pass in your name. Must be 21 with PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD. A HOLD will be placed on the card for parking, damages & purchases. No other charges. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. Must comply with resort rules. NO REFUND if resort evicts you for failure to do so. No daily housekeeping. There are laundry facilities. CHECK IN is 4 PM. CHECKOUT is 10 AM The space There is no specific room. Rooms are assigned at check in. You can request a room change without my permission. A king bed in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the second bedroom, Queen sofa in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms. There is NO BALCONY in this room. The kitchen has pots , pans, dishes, utensils and cleaning supplies. Bring your own cooking supplies such as salt, pepper and cooking spray. Free basic WIFI Parking was last $ 20 a night and could change and paid directly to the resort at check in. Guest access All common areas such as the lobby, gym and pool. Other things to note All your dealings will be with the resort. Once I change over the reservation they will handle any problems or requests you have without needing my permission. I may be able to get additional days if needed. I can provide a full refund if you cancel more then 15 days from check in. For $149, I can get you insurance to cover those last 15 days The resort does not communicate with Airbnb. I am the contact.
