@hatcreekcabin see us and tag us! UPDATE! snow is here!!This dream cabin is located right on Hat Creek at Hwy 44 in beautiful Old Station, CA, 12 minutes from Lassen Park. This beautiful, secluded cabin has modern amenities with the rustic feel! This 1450 sq ft cabin, has three bedrooms/two bathrooms. Lots of space for family gatherings! Wood burning fireplace, or central heat. Outdoor fire pit for S’mores! Ask for fishing guide services! Access to world class trout fishing all year round! The space This cabin is very cozy. It has an open floor plan with high ceilings. There are two master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Both master bedrooms feature a queen size bed. The third bedroom is the kids room which features a two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. The kids room shares a jack and jill bathroom with the upstairs master bedroom. There are beds for up to 6 guests; however, due to demand, I allow up to 8 guests to stay. Additional sleeping arrangements will need to be made, such as an air mattress. The house has brand new kitchen appliances, gas BBQ on the deck, and an outdoor fire pit as well. With the open living room area, you’ll be able to enjoy time with your guests. It’s great for board games, poker, etc. there’s a 70” television in the living room with 250 stations of Dish Network programming as well. Dogs will be allowed on a case by case basis. Please advise the breed of dog, and how many. Ask me about fly fishing guided trips for the area if interested! Weather can be significant at the peak of Eskimo Hill during the winter, plan accordingly, refunds will not be given due to poor weather. Guest access Guests will have full access to the main house. The garage and outbuildings will not be accessible to guests. Please respect the property boundary, the property only extends 100’ behind the house into the woods. YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE CREEK BEHIND THE HOUSE! That is private property, and the fishing isn’t great there anyways due to brush overgrowth. Other things to note Shasta County requires a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax be charged to all bookings. Taxable items are the nightly rate and cleaning fee. Sorry, I hate it too!
