Our home is only 10 minutes from minutes from downtown Sacramento. It’s very close to shops, local breweries, the Golden 1 Center, Sacramento State University and major highways. It includes a private outdoor porch area, covered parking on site and an always fun game room complete with arcades and Super Nintendo nostalgia. Your booking actually helps real artists within the community! Their art is featured in the house and also available for purchase :) Guest access Guests can access the home and surrounding grounds. The outdoor patio is great for dining. There are 2 covered parking spaces for guests to use. Other things to note Please note that the Condo has two parking spaces #165 and 164 which are next to one another. Free street parking is also available! NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services.
