Designed and built by the original owners in 1977, this beautiful, remote, rustic home is located at the South end of Lopez Island atop a 170 foot bluff overlooking the serene Hunter Bay. Boasting all day sun and 270° views of the San Juan Islands, this recently updated cliffside cabin accommodates up to 6 people. No beach access from property. Lopez Island offers beautiful public beaches. Weddings and events, on property, is strictly prohibited. No animals of any kind allowed. No exceptions. The space Please note our cabin is rustic and 50 years old. We are located in nature so nature will be present. It’s a beautiful space to enjoy and connect with the outdoors. There is no beach access from our property but you are in walking distance from a boat launch that has a small public beach. Guest access Please note there are uneven stairs to get to the entrance. It’s not assessable for handicapped or impaired. Elderly could have difficulty. Other things to note Please note: our cabin is listed with WiFi however Lopez Island does not have fiber optic’s available. It is very common for the internet to drop off or have low connection. Please be mindful of this when you book. No animals of any kind allowed due to family members with severe allergies. This is a family cabin and it is extremely important for our renters to follow our rules regarding no pets. Our listing has a filed exempt from Washington Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Laws and Federal Fair Housing Act (FHA). If ignored, your reservation will be terminated and you will be liable for a $1,000+ deep clean fee. We kindly ask all renters to please respect this request. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure to secure car and cabin while renting. Please do not leave any valuables behind. Please note this property is unfortunately not handicap friendly. No beach access.
