Charming downtown 3 bedroom penthouse apartment

Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom 1 bath upstairs apartment. Centrally located, near downtown (1.0 mi), ISU (2.1 mi), IWU (0.7 mi), 5 minute drive to Route 66. This private and quiet home is perfect for business travellers, families of IWU/ISU students, or those just wanting to get away! The space You'll be staying in the renovated upstairs apartment of one of Bloomington's cutest old houses (at just over 100). The quiet and peaceful location is perfect for those travelling for work or play. Centrally located, you're a mile away from downtown Bloomington, and a 4 minute drive away from the Eastland Mall (Veterans Pkwy). Guest access Entire upstairs unit plus downstairs building amenities (shared washer/dryer) are included in this rental. Guests will have their own separate entrance. Please, make yourself at home! Other things to note Note that this apartment is upstairs and will require you to walk up steps to enter both the building and the unit itself. Technically the space can sleep 6, but given the size and that it is only one bathroom, 6 adults would be a very tight squeeze which is why I've limited the number of guests to 5. If you have any questions about this, don't hesitate to shoot me a message!
