Ice maker, washer dryer. UNIT B parking in front of right garage off Shepherd, street parking free. BBQ. This is a multi unit home. Hot Tub & backyard are shared with Unit C. The space Your Unit is B of this is a multi unit home. Great central location close to Caesars Windsor, Erie Street, Ottawa street restaurants. Unit C is the basement and it also has use of the hot tub and backyard. They park in front of the iron gate. My home is fully sound insulated to the max, however sound does travel through the air ducts. So does smoke, so I am very strict on my no smoking vaping policy. Guest access Parking is in front of the right garage off Shepherd. Street parking is free. You share the backyard Oasis and hot tub with my guests in Unit C. This is no different than a hotel with a pool and hot tub. But sharing will be rare as many guests do not use the yard, and or your booking may not be the same time as another booking. For exclusive use of backyard Oasis and hot tub, I have a Couples Romantic Retreat, on the other side of the property. It is a king size suite. Other things to note Restaurants are on Ottawa Street, Erie Street and on Tecumseh as well as Howard. Minutes away. I have a 45 page guest book of THINGS TO DO AND PLACES TO GO AND EAT.
