You'll have your own private room with full bathroom. Coded Door Entry for entrance to the house and your room. You'll share a common loft area that features a sitting area, a coffee bar, microwave, and laundry room for your convenience. The space The Private Bedroom & Bathroom is located upstairs on the second floor. We have provided all the necessary amenities, such as towels, toiletries, linens, etc. There is a ceiling fan and floor fans for comfort. The Common, Open Loft Area on the second floor features; A sitting area with a coffee station & microwave. A laundry room w/ washer, dryer and sink is accessible from the loft area. Guest access As a guest you will have access to park in our driveway. Upon entrance into our home you have access to the stairs leading to the loft area, the laundry room, and your private room and bathroom. Other things to note Guest can opt to have access to a gate remote, for a little more freedom, to enter into the community entrance gate, for a deposit of $50.
