Granite Point Resort - Cottage #26

Nestled on the southeastern shore of Loon Lake just north of Spokane, Granite Point has been the waterfront setting for family vacation memories for 100 years. Our sandy beaches, pristine swimming areas, fresh lake fishing, and vibrant atmosphere made it the summer destination of choice for families coming from throughout the Pacific Northwest. The space Originally built in 1931 and the site of our original marina, Cottage 26 sits on the water’s edge and has a private outdoor deck to enjoy every bit of the lake and the amazing sunset views. The cottage has a vintage charm with all the amenities, cleanliness and space for a perfect getaway. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a double bed and bunk combo and a separate private bathroom with ample counter space and shower. The common room has a sitting area with sofa, chairs, and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a range, full-size refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot and filters, toaster, and microwave (but no spices, condiments, or coffee). Beds are made up with linens and a lightweight coverlet, and we provide a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth for each guest. Please bring your own beach towels and toiletries. Our Store is stocked with many commonly forgotten items, and if there is something you need (spaghetti cooker, larger baking dish, apple peeler), please don’t hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accommodate If you don’t feel like cooking after a fun-filled day enjoying the Resort, join us at our historic Café where we serve handmade meals, your favorite coffee & espresso drinks, hand-dipped ice cream, beer, wine, and happy hour specials.
