The space The apartment is a 1bd 1ba unit in the lower level of a house, with long-term tenants staying on the upper level. It includes a fully-stocked kitchen, a desk for working, a living room with a hand-painted wall mural, and a beautifully updated shower along with a working washer and dryer. Please note- the bathroom/toilet space is quite small and narrow, so if you are a larger person or have mobility needs, it may not be comfortable.
