We also have a TV for streaming Hulu, Amazon, Netflix and HBO. This guest suite is situated on the 2nd floor of an owner occupied townhouse. We welcome guests who are respectful and friendly - the owners maintain primary residence on the 1st floor and will be present during your stay. No Parties No Smoking No Young Children Guest access The neighborhood is very walkable. If you would like to venture to Manhattan or beyond, the Graham Avenue L train subway stop is 3 blocks from our apartment and connects to many different lines. Ubers, Lyfts and other car services are also readily available 24 hours a day. There is street parking on our block.
