Here, you’ll find a queen-size bed in the primary bedroom, a full-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room, and a twin size futon in the second bedroom. There’s plenty of space for a good night’s sleep or a friendly pillow fight, we won’t judge. We’ve got extra towels and blankets to keep you comfy and snug, no matter how many times you hit the snooze button. Need to do some laundry? No problem! We provide quarters for the laundry room in our building, so that’s one less thing to worry about. We’ve got your back, even on laundry day! Our condo is conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping spots, including the Pleasant Hill Shopping Center, Sunnyvale Mall, The Veranda Mall, and the Toyota Pavilion at Concord. Whether you’re here to shop ’til you drop or just grab a bite, everything you need is close by. Walnut Creek Mall and Downtown Pleasant Hill are also nearby, just a 15–20 minute drive from the condo. With additional high inn shopping and restaurants such as Nordstorm, Lululemon, Zara, Ruth’s Chris, Shake Shack, Slice House by Tony Gemignani, and more. A few house rules to keep things running smoothly: 1. No Parties, Please – As much as we love a good celebration, our condo isn’t the place for it. Let’s be considerate of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 8:00 PM. (Think of it as a great excuse to binge-watch your favorite show in peace!) 2. Stairway to Comfort – Our condo is on the second floor, accessible only by stairs—no elevator. Consider it your mini workout for the day! Unfortunately, it’s not wheelchair accessible, so please keep that in mind. 3. Smoke-Free Zone – For everyone’s well-being, smoking is strictly prohibited on the property and its premises. You will be reported and charged starting at $500 for cleaning, maintenance, and sanitary expenses. 4. Pets Allowed – We love furry friends, but to keep things allergy-friendly for future guests, we kindly ask that they don’t sleep on the beds. We also allow service animals, however, please disclose the information ahead of time before the reservation. 5. Use, But Don’t Lose – Feel free to use everything within the condo, but please don’t take anything with you. We promise, our towels aren’t that special! 6. Plumbing PSA – Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or any other “creative” alternatives. Also, please avoid pouring oil or grease down the sink. Our plumbing says thank you! 7. Oops? Just Let Us Know – Accidents happen—we get it. If anything gets damaged, just let us know as soon as possible. We’re pretty understanding and might be able to fix it quicker with early notice. 8. Relax and Enjoy – Most importantly, kick back and savor your stay! If you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out. We hope our condo feels like your home away from home. All shared amenities are gated and locked for security purposes. Other things to note The condo is on second floor & it is Not wheel chair accessible. There are only stairs leading up to the unit and there isn’t an elevator. The condo is just a 12-minute walk from the Pleasant Hill Shopping Center, offering convenient access to a variety of popular stores and eateries. Nearby, you'll find an In-N-Out, Target, Chipotle, HomeGoods, and many other shops, making it easy to run errands or enjoy a quick meal.
