Cozy lofted guesthouse near it all - kid friendly

Perfect home base after a day of exploring PDX! Your stay will be in the heart of the Buckman neighborhood just a few blocks from 28th Avenue and iconic Fifty-Licks Ice Cream. World class breweries, restaurants, pizza, and coffee shops are all within short walking distance. This cozy and well-stocked space can hold 3 comfortably (up to 6 if you don't mind a squeeze)! 1 full bedroom, 1 loft, and 1 pullout couch included along w/ private patio and shared backyard. Dogs welcome, sorry no cats :( The space The guesthouse includes 1 full bedroom with a queen bed, 1 lofted space with double bed above the living room, and 1 pullout couch. The lofted area feels like glamping with a small skylight right above the bed. This spot is spacious and cozy for 1-3 people or a perfect spot for families since there are multiple sleeping spaces in a small area. Dogs are welcome. I am unfortunately unable to host cats due to severe allergies. Guest access Free street parking is available. It is extremely easy to find parking on weekends and after 2:30pm. Students from the small school nearby take up some of the street parking on weekdays before 2:30, but you can still find spots within a couple of blocks. Other things to note Accessibility: The space has no stairs but there is a small bump of the door frame to enter. There are two doors so they can be opened wide to get into the living room, but the bedroom has a standard door. Walk-in shower. If you require driveway access due to accessibility needs we can arrange that. Guests can do laundry free of charge.
