In addition to meeting Airbnb cleanliness standards, I also finish the cleaning process with an ultraviolet light. In addition, all floors are steam cleaned. My cleaning processes are meant to provide you with peace of mind as well as comfort. This oversized space has over 450 sq feet with 300+ in the living and seating area, new King size bed has built-in USB ports for easy phone and pad charging. It also has cedar lined drawers to keep your clothes near and fresh. Seating area has two soft microfiber reading chairs and a lamp for ambiance or extra light. Comcast provided accessible Wi-Fi (fastest available in Berryville), keyless entry for your utmost privacy. The eating area has a granite topped bar w 2 new hydraulic adjustable bar stools. Adjacent to the this is a counter with a new stainless steel mini refrigerator/freezer, Keurig machine, microwave, and cabinetry. The bar area, counters, storage boxes, and shelving allow for storage of your favorite snacks and beverages. Some of our listed items such as the ironing board and iron are available upon request. All less than one mile to the downtown shops. Less than one mile to Chet Hobert Park and the Clarke County Fairgrounds!!! Beautifully located to quickly access both 340 and Route 7. Guest access This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Berryville. Downtown offers various restaurants for your dining pleasure. There is a designated parking spot for you inside our driveway. Conveniently located next to the gate where you will enter our backyard to gain private access to the garden level suite. If notified in advance, we can provide two off-street parking spots for your visit. The backyard is a sharable space (We are willing to lend it to you as a private space w advance notice). For your consideration we have a large patio area w table and chairs, a Brio smokeless firepit, and a propane 4 burner grill. You are also welcome to use the mini patio beside the greenhouse. Other things to note This is a garden level suite. We have great reviews because it is a very comfortable and quiet stay. All who have stayed w us have been pleasantly surprised.
