This is a lived in room a few steps away from the staircase and restroom. The house tends to be more on the quiet side to no bother our guests. We are approximately a 7 minute drive from POLO grounds. This bedroom has a 55" tv as well as a ceiling fan. Plenty of closet space if needed too! The space Bedroom is upstairs with detached full bathroom, His and Hers sink, toilet and shower with tub. There is a smart TV in bedroom with Disney+, Hulu and Netflix and of course other apps. Dining table downstairs can be used if needed, as well as Keurig coffee machine will be available. Guest access Parking is on the street or if no other vehicle is already on driveway, you may park to THE LEFT OF THE DRIVEWAY, please. During your stay I will be available tru text or in person if anything is needed Other things to note Guests can use our refrigerator and freezer to store items as well. We also have mini travel toiletries in restroom in case guests forget to pack. Anything in our fridge is up for grabs.
