Private bedroom and shared bathroom in a newly renovated house. Situated in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Sarasota and Bayfront park. 12 minute drive to Lido Key beach. The space The bedroom has full-size bunkbeds, a closet, a desk with a chair, a microwave, and a mini fridge. It is located on the second floor and the bathroom is on the first floor. You have to walk through the main living area to get to the bathroom. The bathroom is shared with us, but we don’t use it much as we have the master bathroom. You may use the kitchen for some light cooking, such as the occasional sandwich or smoothie. Me and my husband live here with our toddler, and we both work from home. During your stay Please text me if you need anything. Other things to note There’s usually no parking in front of the house. You may park on Osprey Ave along the park, or in front of an empty lot.
