DUPLEX apartment with 2.5 bathrooms (one of the bathrooms is private and not available for use), washer/dryer in unit, large PRIVATE TERRACE 6 min walk to G train, 17 min to J, M, Z trains, 20 min to Manhattan, 20 min walk to Fort Greene Park. Preparation fee: $175 (One-time: inspection, cleaning and admin cost) Guest access Building has rooftop access. Other things to note Unauthorized Late Checkout: ⏰ A charge of $75 per hour will apply for unauthorized late checkouts of 1-5 hours. ⏳ If the late checkout exceeds 5 hours, the guest will be charged for an additional 15-night stay, as we will be unable to accommodate the upcoming guest. Cancellations: 🚫 If a cancellation occurs due to an unauthorized late checkout, the guest will be charged accordingly.
